What is Dark Lip Neutralization?

Dark Lip Neutralization is a specialized treatment for those with cool / dark lips, in which we neutralized the darkness in the lips to reach a desire colour.

Simply adding the desired colour onto those tones would lead to undesirable results. The lip must first be neutralized into a neutral tone before enhancing the colour to the desired result. This is specialized technique that should be completed by a skill lip blush artist, that knows how to handle dark lips and neutralization colour theory inside out.
