BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits for appointments will be forfeited if the client is late more than 15 minutes. There is no rescheduling of any appointments even with advance notice, a new appointment must be booked, and a new deposit is needed.

 

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

All appointment bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Deposits can be made through EMT, our booking link, or coming by in person. Rates are subject to change at any time. Touch-up rates are for current clients only. If your brows were previously microbladed elsewhere, you must book an initial appointment first, not a touch-up appointment. All transactions are subject to 13% HST (tax).

Contradictions

Please check to see if you have any of the following contraindications as it is best not to book an appointment until you consult with your doctor. If you are unsure, please feel free to send an email to facenvie@gmail.com

• Allergic to Lidocaine

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Had an organ transplant

• Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis

• Skin cancer

• Pregnant or nursing

• Diabetic

• Accutane in the past year

• Skin complications (Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)

Complimentary Touch-up

One complimentary touch up is included with your initial appointment. The appointment date for your complimentary touch up must be within 8 weeks from your initial appointment. If you miss booking your touch up within the 8 week period, you will forfeit your right to a complimentary 1st touch up. If you missed your appointment date, you free touch up will be forfeited. Any additional appointments required will be charged accordingly.
